a movie about two brothers???????

All i rememeber is that it was a movie about two brothers that were spearated for years ...one became part of a gang and was wealthy and the other was a cook or janitor(PRENTENDED HE WAS A BEGGAR WITH NO KUNG SKILS) and one day the gang came and messed up the restaurant and the two brothers finally united, after that the brother left the gang and the two fought the gang ...it was on kung fu theater I was just a little kid but I remember it was awesome and it was on there 2 or 3 times any help?/ thanks
