cant remember the name?

i don't remember the name but the story is about a father who tells his daughter and his son that he was a kung fu master. then the story goes to a man who is paralyzed and has an American son who is obsessed with street fighter and apparently knows kung fu, using a staff. the paralyzed man wants revenge on the man that caused his paralysis so he takes the father of the brother and sister hostage. at the end the brother and sister save their father and spare the paralyzed man. i believe it was called something FIST. i think it was released in 2004-2009 my email is ahmedalmoossawi@hotmail.com thank you.
