Don't remember the name, mabye you remember

I am interested in watching a kung fu of the '80s.

In the movie the central character has to pass several tests to win the award.

He fight first with monkeys, then he fight with others, finally with one with a lot of powers (kind of a witch).

The award is a mirror.

Other anecdotes of the movie is that the master of the main character hits a boy because the boy is rude. He also destroyed a boat, and by doing this he prevents that a family is killed.
