Fong Sai Yuk 1 & 2, Once Upon a Time in China 1,2,3, Legend of the Drunken Master, Master of the Flying Guillotine

Wong Fei Hung the famous chinese hero potrayed by Jet Li in all three of the Once Upon a Time in China movies. Awesome choreographed fight scenes and a great story.

Fong Sai Yuk 1 & 2 was a turning point in Jet Li's career turning from the super serious role of Wong fei Hung to a more comical role, but never sacrificing the awesome fight scenes.

Legend of the Drunken Master is Jackie Chan in his prime making part two of Drunken Master. I don't even need to persuade you on this one watch it once and it will be on this list.

Master of the Flying Guillotine another awesome film and no need to persuade just watch the tournament at the end.

All these movies are regarded as some of the best films of the genre and they don't make your list.
