I need to find this movie only saw a clip

ok so a few years back my ex and I were watching, I think its was the G4 channel.. we saw a scene from a kumg fu movie where it was raining, night time.. they were fighting on steel beams like the kind where you would be exposed on a building that wasn't finished.. it was an AWESOME fricken scene and he and I have been trying to find the damn movie ever since... pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee somebody help me... and all asian cast.. may have been dubbed but since it was an action scene I couldn't tell ya.. HELPPPPPPPPP!
