Movie Title Please?

Im hoping you can help me. about 20-25 yrs ago my brother and i went to a matinee. the kung fu movie was awesome. i remember the hero used a stack of coins that he would throw(like throwing stars)...i also remember a fight in a forest where the enemy got both of his hands cut off during the fight...but he kept fighting. Any chance you would know the name of this movie?
