Need Help with title of two Kung Fu movies!!!

I saw both of these movies when I was a kid but do not know the name of either of them. The first movie the heros father is killed in the opening of the movie. The hero grows up and learns a style of kung fu where is hands glow hot red. That is all that I remember. The 2nd movie, I believe the hero wore a skirt and his main weapon was a metal umbrella.
