Need Title!

Can you help me with this movie title? It starts with members of the Black Flag society attacking a Japanese encampment, all of the members of the Black Flag society are killed except the leader. He escapes and retires from kung-fu. The story picks up a few years later, our hero is now a blacksmith with a child. He tries to stay neutral as his friends are revolutionaries and are planning some government takeover. There is a kung-fu contest where he jumps in to stop a competitor from being killed and subsequently fights the kid and beats him easily, the kids father jumps in and he beats him as well. Flower Fist? They plan a revolt and are betrayed by a government official who was their friend. This official does some drunken kung fu on a stack of papers. In the end a big fight between both sides and our hero is killed, his son watches his father get shot from a wall and escapes. I'm sorry that I don't remember more as it has been 10+ years since I have seen it, any help would be appreciated. Thanks~!
