this is a Jackie Chan movie, wherein he learns drunken style from his master, but they have many scenes where he tries to take control of a teacup or a stool. Does a lot of training on posts and water jugs as well. Not Drunken Master. I think is was black and white. It probably has another name, but Return of the Snake Fist Fighter was the billing on late 70's Showtime. He did traditional tiger and snake as well...
