Searching for movie

Seen this movie few times long time ago, don't know it's name, protagonist is young woman, they call her 'mistress' dressed in blue through the movie, she is seeking revenge for her father who was killed. She is helped by very skilled fighter with long hair and beard. In the final fight they are fighting with the boss in some kind of arena/temple/pagoda.
