Title???

Looking for this movie but don't know the title. This guy had long hair in a ponytail. He looked like one of the venoms ( lizard) same hairstyle, but different in this movie his hair was his power throughout the movie this lady cuts his hair. And he loses his strength and he goes to the temple to train. And then rebuilds his strength. He did a lot of acrobatics I got almost every kungfu movie that exists.
