It's not Kung Fu, it's Muay Thai. Does that matter? It's martial arts! I first found this gentleman in the movie Ong Bak. He is phenomenal. It would seem that all or most of his stunts are done without mechanical assistance or special effects. In the movie Tom Yum Goong (The Protector in US)I believe he holds (or held) the longest consecutive fight scene in a movie. Basically he starts at the bottom of a hotel and bashes his way to the top and the bad guys. All in one take. Yes, he looks knackered by the end of it, but he does get there.

I don't know how much convincing you need, but I would suggest you watch Ong Bak or Tom Yum Goong and see for yourself, although Tom Yum Goong does have some wire work and CGI involved.
