unknown title help!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont know much but i seen this movie at least 10 years ago on late night tv. it had a character with a blade at the end of his long braided ponytail. also had a scruffy southern american that used a huge knife and was cut down the middle of his face by the boss samurai sword. alot like bloodsport but with weapons and a least a good part of the movie took place in like an undergound chamber.
