Unknownn ?

There is a movie where a person shows up at a martial arts school and has to try and get one kernal of rice from a man who wont let him get it, in order to get food to eat. He ends up getting the last one stuck on the bowl. He then says "thank you, Master" after he has shown to be so good at juggling the rice bowl. The man laughs, I am not the master, I am only the cook. I have always wondered what movie that was. I am guessing Jackie Chan movie, but I have not heard of that ever since I saw it in the 80's.
