What movie is this one??

I remember watching one a while back that a man and a young boy are traveling and end up being hired on as bodyguards for a princess or the daughter of some wealthy man. The young boy is a master of martial arts just like his father/pretend to be father (I think the man and boy are in hiding). There are a bunch of other kids who keep picking on the boy in this movie and he made a promise not to fight them but eventually does, and in turn gains their respect. The father/pretend to be father falls in love with the woman he's suppose to be protecting, and it turns out her father is actually a very evil man (can't remember what he does exactly). But the biggest thing that sticks out in this movie to me from what I can remember is the Man/boy are pretend father/son get hired on as body guards to protect the daughter of a very wealthy man, the boy is a martial arts master as well as the man I believe they're both practicing shaolin. The boy is shaved bald and the man has long hair. and thats all i can remember.
